Artist obligations are subject to detention or prevention of sickness, inability to perform, accident, means of transportation, acts of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics, any acts of public authority or any other cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond Artist’s control. In such case, there shall be no claim for damages by either party to this contract and the deposit will be refunded in full to the Employer.
Employer shall be liable for any and all damages to Artists instruments or equipment caused by Employer, his guests or members of his organization, business guests, or employees.
It will have to be agreed that any cancellation by Employer of engagement without not less than forty-five days written notice to “DG Entertainment” will result in forfeiture of the Employer’s deposit.
